Start of a new week...

...and overdid the carbs the first day of it! Well, once in a while, it's going to happen, so I'm okay with it. Did a lot of stuff today and was very active so, hopefully, I burned it off. I weighed myself this morning and lost a pound and a half, but I started my beginning weight at the wrong weight, so it didn't change my ticker. Maybe next week my butterfly will start moving!

I'm not sure about anyone else, but the nutritional page takes me forever to tweak. I don't like to cook, especially every day, so I do a lot of substituting in order to plan my day's food. Tomorrow, however, I am going to the beach for the day and that is so hard. I will have to stick to a salad and maybe some fish for lunch, if I can, but you never know what they are doing back in those kitchens! I'll be doing a lot of walking on the beach and around town so I hope that will help.

    hey the beach sounds like fun! I of course would have to tote a 55 gallon drum of sunscreen with me! Just do your best, not everyday can be perfect, but if you are mindful of what you are eating, it all works to the good.
