Well thanks to steroids, my stress level with school etc., I have gained all but 5 pounds back from what I originally weighed before I even joined sparkpeople. I have two more weeks before I can even consider getting back into a workout routine. May do some pilates or yoga until then. Any suggestions? I also have not been eating as well as I was. I am back on the lifestyle changes as far as diet goes, but I have to start working out.
