I went to Glen Onoko Falls for a little hiking this weekend. I've only been there one other time and huffed and puffed 2/3 of the climb before heading back down. Saturday I was quickly reminded just how steep this trail is, and at times I was on all fours in an attempt to climb up. Three tiered waterfalls later, we made it too the top. Sure I had to make a lot of stops to catch my breath, but 3.5 hour hike is not too shabby for a novice hiker. Two days later I'm still feeling the effects, for 1. I'm proud of myself for following through all the way to the top (and what goes up must come down). 2. My legs are jelly.
