friday... I had one of those power sneezes.. so much so it hurt my back. went to see good old dr tom and he had me mostly pain free... said i couldnt run on sunday morning. I have to go back to see him, i am gonna try to run tomorrow morning. Lets see how it goes. Must not be stubborn and if it hurts to stop and go home. sounds like a plan
