My family spent a weekend on the lakeshore. Fortunately, I packed carrots, grapes, cereal, and healthy popcorn to snack on. You will have to excuse me, however, for unabashedly enjoying a yummy dessert at the restaurant on Friday night. It was a small slice of cheesecake and I savored every bite!
You might notice I went quite a bit over my calorie limit on Sunday. We polka danced all afternoon and pieces of cake were passed around to everyone. I couldn't pass it up!
So it was a week full of sinful (yummy!) slip ups. These are my numbers for the week:

I'm happy to say I've begun drinking green smoothies a few times a week. They are nearly as delicious as dessert and I know they will do great things for my health. Go team Green Smothie Lovers!
