Only have a few minutes, but here are my goals for August:
Drink 64 oz. of water daily
Walk/jog with Moose 30 minutes everyother day
On days not walking/jogging dog, Jillian Michaels' 30 day shred
Take Sunday's off
Eat 3 meals plus 1 healthy snack daily
No weight goal right now...think that's what triggered the over eating last time.
