I've been on a long hiatus from SP. I did get some workouts in but nothing consistent. I managed to run 4 miles all at one time! That was a first
I was at my parent's house and saw the Body Revolution infomercial like 1000 times so I got my husband to order it so we could jump into it when I got home (I was gone for 6 weeks). I have been wanting to buy it since it came out but we were in the middle of P90X so I thought I should wait to make another fitness program purchase.
Day one was pretty good. I don't think I ate enough food today because I thought I was going to pass out and it wasn't that outrageous of a workout. We did it after my husband got home from work. I usually have more energy at the end of the day but not today! I tried to keep my calories at the 1200 range but I think I undershot that.
It was a good workout overall. Very upbeat, fast-paced, no time to get bored. Who knows if I'll be singing this tune after I've done it a few times :) It seems to fly by! I do know that I like it a lot more than P90X already. I could never get into the hour long workout. 30 minutes is DIVINE!!!
I'm glad to be back! Ready to push myself again. 6 weeks without the internet was kind of refreshing though.
