Well, I have begun a 45 min cardio session versus my 30. My numbers stop moving and I am trying to break through my plateau. Thank you JAL for all your support too. Little notes keep me reminded of why I am doing this.
I bought a couple of new workout outfits today the others were starting to look sloppy and worn. I am in a large/xl now and I have been wearing my 2x/3x tops So, I felt it was time. I felt good putting those on for my workout today.
I need to get back to calulating my calories though I think that is my downfall at the moment. i think that I am on track but, i have to be missing something somewhere. Also, I am constantly hungry. Not like oh I am bored I need to munch but, seriously tummy growling hungry. So, maybe i am not eating enough? I don't know.
Welp, hadn't blogged in a bit so, I wanted to shout out to everyone out there in sparkland.
