Wow 2 months already!! It seems like forver. LOL... Its been a hard road , staying quit and focusing on more weight loss. But i know i can do it.
I just got back from camping with hubby and my youngest. Had a great time but didnt keep track . I also had a few too many treats. hee hee. I know i am bad!
My plan for the week: More Cardio. In addition to treadmill workouts i am adding fast jogging and speedwalking .
