Just got home from my trip and I'm exhausted. Visiting with family, too many late nights, and yet I couldn't sleep later no matter how hard I tried. Erratic eating schedule and yesterday, very limited eating options.
Some family members were awesome, some were annoying at times, a minor confrontation with one (I'm finally speaking up instead of staying quiet. My children are adults and I don't have to bite my tongue anymore to keep the peace).
Looking forward to getting back into my routine tomorrow. I'm so tired now, I'll probably make an early night of it. Plus, I got used to eastern time and so my body is still an hour ahead of Baton Rouge!
Looking forward to seeing the scale in the morning. I usually gain a few pounds when I'm away from home, so I want to know and start working to get back to where I was before the trip and then keep the scale moving down, no matter how fast or slow it moves!
Better stop here: my brain is so sluggish I doubt I'm making sense.
