I have done about 10 mins of Toning and at least 20 mins of cardio EVERY day this week! It's so awesome. I already have more energy and I've lost about a pound. Woohoo! If I can lose a pound a week, I'll definitely reach my goal BEFORE December. I'll be back to pre-pregnancy-ish body within a year of having my precious baby girl!
My husband has even joined in working out with me! He goes on most walks with me and we've even done some of the Spark videos together. It's so nice to have someone to join me every once in a while. He's even agreed to join me in eating a more plant-strong diet! How awesome is that?! Now we can get fit together
