Working out at lunch give me so much energy for the remainder of my day! I feel like running around the office after getting back from the guy and my mind is working overtime.
That's great! How much time do you have for lunch? I am a teacher so I have VERY limited time and can't really go anywhere, but I've been thinking about trying something during lunches once school starts. I'm thinking about bringing a stability ball and resistance band and doing some of the SP videos.
