Monday's Words to Ponder

Monday, July 30, 2012

--Doug Larson

We need to be careful to make the time for those things that are important--
like exercise and other activities that help us stay healthy.

I KNOW. I find myself saying, to myself, I just don't have the time to... and then realize how rediculous that is! But where does the time go? I need to schedule my time more I think.

I agree! I'm trying to get back into exercise and sparking, and I even find that takes up a lot of my time.
