Remember my August plan? "F'in A" - Food & Fun Fitness in August. Here are my objectives:
Food

5-9 Freggies Per Day

8+ Glasses of Water Per Day

No Soda - not a sip!

In range 26/31 days

No eating after 7:30P
Fitness

Run at least 3 miles, 3x per week

Fun exercise - i.e. do what I feel like!!!

Pushups every day
Mental Health

In bed by 10:00

Take a walk at lunch when stressed at work

Start a no nail biting streak

Don't track ovulation - que sera, sera.
