Calories were really good yesterday and I got up this morning and did day one of week 2 of my ease into the 5k program. I was at a hotel overnight, so I did it on a treadmill, which I rather enjoyed!

    I haven't tried it on a treadmill yet. I think it would be harder for me because I'd be watching the time on the treadmill.

Good job with your calories though!
