This week's Goals--

I didn't do so well at completing my goals last week. I am determined though and I am not giving up. I did do my best at eating breakfast and getting to work on time! Yeah! I didn't get to the gym at all last week. I am a bit disappointed about that. I will continue to improve though.
I making some new goals this week and I am going to do my best to achieve them.
First, I am going to make it to the gym three times this week, for at least 2o minutes. I want to try to get in swimming this week, but I a not sure I will be able to.
Then I am going to make sure I eat healthy by planning my meals and drinking water. I need to make sure I am eating breakfast and not going too long without food.
I want stick to my financial budget and not do any over spending. Coupons, Coupons!
I will finish a 5K this week and enter my time in the Virtual 5K race that I signed up for. I am not sure if I will be running. I may change my category to walking.
