Well I have not really had my head in gear yet. I set a goal for losing 20 lbs in six months.... But I'm not getting anywhere.. I think the target is too far away and I'm not working on it enough.
So I've changed it to 10 lbs by Oct 14... Roughly 10 weeks
Hoping to kick me in the right direction.
So far I've been very good today and tracked all food. Made my lunch for work last night and it seems silly but it really helped. No rushing in the morning. Over breakfast I entered in my lunch to spark and did not eat anything extra...
Feeling positive
