Beginning of week 4

:) good on exercise, not hot on food. Oh and I didnt do all of my cross training days but i think its alright for now.

    Good Job Sister! I think it's cool that you and Andy hi-fiive :). As for the family I understand, sometimes it's really really hard to eat well when out of towners are here; every meal is a celebration. This week I've eaten more than I have iHope n the last 5 but it's okay, it will all work out. That being said I was still mindful of the overeating I did so that it wasn't completely out of control I stayed around 2000 a day. Hope things get worked out with the paycheck. Please say hello to cousins for me!
