This month challenge was to run one way across the Woodrow Wilson Bridge without stopping. Well, I'm happy to report that I was successful in competing this challenge; after being up since 4 in the evening on Sunday and after working a 12 hour night shift. I started off very strong walking and after getting to the other side I rested for about 5 minutes and gather my thoughts and gave myself a pep talk and some stretching. Then I was off I had to make sure the music was right, because majority of it was on an incline before it start to level off. A mature lady was on her

and was having a hard time on the incline said, "Your doing better than me on two feet". I

and waved my hand

appreciating the supportive words. Then just a few feet further two women were walking gave me some encouraging support alone the way. Boy! that incline was kicking my butt, and aIl I could thinking about it's mental and I can get pass it. I kept think head up, back straight, and let the music move you. Stopping is not an option today. Your strong and capable and let's do this challenge.

And, after repeating this many time I finally made it to the other side of the bridge. Mission complete. All done solo without any

crowd at the end, but I was thanking god for showing me that I had the strength all along to do it, but didn't believe enough in myself and this was a milestone for me. Another piece of the wall that was chiseled way of my self doubt. I may not be the fastest runner, but I will get it done. Slow and steady will still get you to the finish line. I will continue to set forth personal challenges for myself thorough my journey, it's a great confident booster. Keep It Moving! Too Keep On Losing!
