I keep flipping in and out of this plan and some reason I could think of more reasons not to run that I could to run.
That has all switched around now. For the last couple of week I have been far more focused. I dont even really know what has changed but something has.
Tonight I will finished week2 of the easy into 5k running programme :) wow its really taken me a long time to get this far in but now im this far I'm sure I can keep on moving.
