mcdonalds breakfast..

Although I was in a rush, maybe mcdonalds was not the best choice!
I got 2 sausage biscuits and a large coke... not only am i feeling hungry again (i hate this 2 hours ago!) but i feel sluggish and disgusted because that is 1,170 calories!
need to hit the gym extra hard today... may go the full time on the treadmill just to burn a lot of it off! :(

    I do mc d's once in a while.. i like the oatmeal..not the blueberry one.. dont do blueberries... good luck on your journey emoticon

    I have done this before, grabbing that McD's food in a rush... It isn't a godd choice and you are right that it doesn't leave you feeling full for long... But, at least, you know it and are going to work toword your goals... That's a start to win the war!...

    Great job in regognizing that it wasn't a healthy choice! That is essential in this journey most of all. I am a sausage lover myself and I have found that the turkey sausage in most supermarkets is very tasty and so much healthier.

    Yes hit the gym and keep holding yourself accountable along the way.
