New Day, New Week, Here I come :)

Well, it is a new week and almost a new month. I was getting a little bummed at my slow progress yesterday, I couldn't drag myself out of bed to go for my run. I then pulled myself up by my bootstraps and reminded myself slow and steady wins the race. I have lost two pounds in the last four weeks, and that is two pounds less than I weigh now. I had to give myself a mini pep talk to keep it up and it WILL pay off. So, this morning I was up early for my run again, ate my healthy breakfast, and have my big bottle of water ready to drink. This will be a good day/week!! Hope all of you have a great week also :)

    You bet slow and steady wins the race. Every little pound you lose gets you closer to your goal, and knowing this time you will stay at your goal weight because you have learned how take care of yourself the right way.
