Day 188: Off Again and Some Random Thoughts..

Headed to the mountains again today so I'll be MIA for a few days.

I'm up again in weight. :( I WILL get there though. I'm just stuck on a hump. I need to push harder. I know I could have done the treadmill the past few days but got lazy. Even though I'm doing Zumba now I probably need to still get in as much treadmill as I can, especially to help get over this hump. Although I'll be gone the next few days so I'll be walking in the park instead.

I just read in the Spark People Blog Entries that some people go Gluten Free to lose weight. I never heard of people going on the diet to lose weight. Normally when I tell people I'm gluten free they look at me like I have two heads because they've never heard of it.

Also read in there yesterday about air conditioning being part of the obesity thing. I wonder if that's why I lose weight every time I go to the mountains since there's no ac up there.. curious.. :)

Trying to think of something I can try that's new that I've been wanting to try but I've been scared of.. That's the challenge for this week. The only thing is, that for me was Zumba and I started that the other week. Hmmm..



Today I WILL BE STRONG and MOVE ON!!! :)

    Enjoy your trip. Sounds refreshing, not to mention how beautiful it must be.
As for your weight gain, It's just temporary. Maybe just water.

Stick with your plan, enjoy the vacation. Enjoy the scenery.

    You're right - you are just going through a rough patch with weight loss, and that's ok. We all go through it. However, I know how strong you are, and you will get there. It's great that you have a plan for vacation, so stick with it and healthy eating! The weight will come off! Have fun on your trip and be safe!

    Have a fun time up in the mountains. Don't worry about the gain, it's just temporary. By looking at some of the other blogs, it seems like this time of year is difficult to lose. I know I'm having trouble. I read the ax thing too. Starting to wonder if it's a legit thing. You will get over your hump, I will get over mine and we will move on, stronger than before. I know that my mindset has changed, so I don't worry as much about me giving up. I know that I won't do that to myself. I know you won't do that either. Don't worry Sara, you will be back down in the 140's. Just remember that you are healthy now and you look great. emoticon emoticon emoticon
