Headed to the mountains again today so I'll be MIA for a few days.
I'm up again in weight. :( I WILL get there though. I'm just stuck on a hump. I need to push harder. I know I could have done the treadmill the past few days but got lazy. Even though I'm doing Zumba now I probably need to still get in as much treadmill as I can, especially to help get over this hump. Although I'll be gone the next few days so I'll be walking in the park instead.
I just read in the Spark People Blog Entries that some people go Gluten Free to lose weight. I never heard of people going on the diet to lose weight. Normally when I tell people I'm gluten free they look at me like I have two heads because they've never heard of it.
Also read in there yesterday about air conditioning being part of the obesity thing. I wonder if that's why I lose weight every time I go to the mountains since there's no ac up there.. curious.. :)
Trying to think of something I can try that's new that I've been wanting to try but I've been scared of.. That's the challenge for this week. The only thing is, that for me was Zumba and I started that the other week. Hmmm..
