After a bad night's sleep Saturday night - up for quite a few hours in the early hours of the morning, alarm went off at 5.30 am and I packed, and paid some of our accounts, transferred some money etc, etc., packed up my music and all the church bigs and pieces into the car, my bags and bits and pieces. I had breakfast and was dressed in my 'finery' LOL and still had some spare time - so I carefully pruned some roses so that I didn't cut myself or get dirty before church.
After the service I had some morning tea - and then left for Sydney.
I stopped at Yass for lunch and took off again. I was so tired and I found myself dozing off a couple of times - very bad! I didn't want to stop on the side of the road and made it to Marulan where i put the seat back in the car park and rested for about 15 minutes.
I felt much better and off I went. I arrived safely, but won't do that gain. If I am driving up alone, I am going to get up and leave in the morning. Getting too old for doing lots before I go, then getting into the car and driving.
I met up with my youngest daughter and partner - they came over for pizza and we had a great night.
The childen were great today - and the house inspection went well, so all are happy.
In the morning I will drive home after breakfast and I shouldn't be tired then.
Food tracking and exercise - not happening. I start the day well with food and then it goes down hill from there. Exercise - unless running after a nearly 2 yr old counts for part of a day - zilch
My daughter made a lovely pasta dish tonight and I am sure it would be ok as far as calories go. She made her own pasta with the kitchen maid - yum. The sauce she made was onion, garlic, chicken and bacon fried, then added a can of light evaporated milk thickened with 2 tablespoons of cornflour, in with the other ingredients and cooked. This was poured over the pasta with some parmesan cheese added and mixed in. Then on sun dried tomatoes on top with a little more parmesan. Was it nice! YUM
I am sure the calories could be worked out with the planner.
However, we had some wine, camembert, biscuits....very nice, then a small helping of neopolitan ice cream .....
