I got a pedometer on Friday

And from Friday night until now I've walked 15,911 steps. SWEET. It good to know I average about 7,500 steps a day. It won't take too much more effort to make 10,000 steps a day.

    It's fun trying to challenge yourself to 10,000 steps per day. I've gotten better and probably do at least 10,000 5 days per week. I really hate it when I forget to put it on my waist in the morning. emoticon

    Hi Michelle what kind and where did you get it? The ones I have seen and gotten, I don't know if they are really accurate.
