The Harcombe diet managed to help me lose around 4lbs in the first week, the second week I didn't do so well.
It's a great diet if you don't mind cutting out lots of nice things from your diet. The one thing I've hated most of all is cutting out fruit. I always have fruit on my desk so that if I get at all peckish I'd have a piece of fruit but I couldn't do that! It was very frustrating. It also left me a little "backed up" as one of the only things I could snack on was fibrous things like carrots.
Now I've decided to revert to just eating healthily. I'm also starting another UFC Personal Trainer30 Day Weight loss program. I'm actually feeling pretty sore this morning after the squats, squats with holds, side lunges, side lunges with holds, leg lifts, crunches with a twist and 'V' ups. Ouch.
Oh well, day 2 of that today and more ab workouts!
