Eating My Words!

Okay! I signed the "Never Quit Pledge", set a new goal, and then I quit and gained 7 pounds!!! What was I thinking????? I stopped tracking my food and didn't spend much time on SP. Quitting is easy...a little pie here an extra serving there, and soon you have gained back the weight you have lost:-(

Yesterday and today I've stayed on track pretty well. I MUST keep that going! And I MUST get back to the gym!

It felt so good to lose 25 pounds and get to wear clothes that I couldn't wear in years! I plan to lose the 7 pounds I've gained, and more!

I just hope I can stay motivated! I really DO appreciate the Sparkers who have stuck by me with notes, etc.

    I read one person's idea of deciding on three things she could and would do for the next 3 weeks. Thought this was a good goal as 3 weeks gives the opportunity for new habits to set in.

    I know you can get back on track! I think all of us go through periods where we aren't as focused on it. Sometimes life gets in the way. It's hard! I envy people who can eat whatever they want and not even think about it. I can eat perfectly for weeks and have a bad weekend and gain 2 lbs like that! It stinks. I bet it'll be easier once it cools off too. I know I always want to be outside walking and doing things a lot more when the weather is nice.

    LOL!!! I'm sorry for laughing!! but I did that too!! the first time I was on sparks I lost 10 pounds, then I quit and gained it all back and few extra!!

    So now you have learned you lesson ..... And you won't do that again. (LOL!)

    So keep logging that food and you will lose it .... again and more!!

    emoticon Don't feel bad, I have done this so many times with other things because I am a procrastinator at times. You get all fired up and set your mind to something and boy........something you said that you'd stick to, just flopped. It's happened to me.
    Keep your chin up, tomorrow is a new day, right?

    Sometimes we fall off the wagon, but we must always get back on. A little pie here and there won't hurt, so don't be too hard on yourself. emoticon
