Okay! I signed the "Never Quit Pledge", set a new goal, and then I quit and gained 7 pounds!!! What was I thinking????? I stopped tracking my food and didn't spend much time on SP. Quitting is easy...a little pie here an extra serving there, and soon you have gained back the weight you have lost:-(
Yesterday and today I've stayed on track pretty well. I MUST keep that going! And I MUST get back to the gym!
It felt so good to lose 25 pounds and get to wear clothes that I couldn't wear in years! I plan to lose the 7 pounds I've gained, and more!
I just hope I can stay motivated! I really DO appreciate the Sparkers who have stuck by me with notes, etc.
