Sunday, July 29, 2012

i had a rough week :( b4 monday i i was doing p90x for 3 weeks.. i was eating right, working out, working alot, saving money.. Then all of a sudden a week ago monday i cut a chunk out of my finer at work. (i work at subway) and because of this accident i didnt realize i was depressed.. i still walked everyday but i quit p90x because my finger was throbbing.. and doing that intense workout would make my finger hurt all day.. tuesday night was my downfall with eating bad.. for the past 6 days i have been eating horrible! Its AMAZING what food does to you!! When you use to eaing right for a long time.. healthy food give you a boost of energy, motivation, and happiness!! Eating bad makes you feel lazy, depressed, and regretful!! Today is my first day of it feeling a little better.. tomorrow im starting over and getting back on track!!!!!!!!! Im just tired of jumping back n fouth!!.. i just wanna lose the rest of this weight!!!!!

Wow great to get confirmation that what you were doing was working and making you feel great. Now that you have that information it will reinforce your commitment to stay on plan.

Put bad gas in a car and it runs bad. We don't look at our food sources as chemicals that way, but that's what it amounts to.

Get back in there! At least you are starting to realize what makes you feel better and what makes you feel worse.
