I am home from Ashtanga Yoga class and just finished my dinner. I have lost some weight lately with a change in my food and the addition of Cardio Class. It is amazing how the results show up in my yoga class. I can move into and out of the yoga postures with greater ease since I've lost the weight. I believe if I keep tracking my nutrition and my fitness, I may reach my goal eventually. I just keep on tracking.
