I have finally reached my goal. I am happy with what I have lost and I am not trying to weigh what I did when I was a teenager.
Working out has really helped and I would recommend Sparkpeoples 28 day bootcamp to everyone. I have toned and I can see the changes in my body. Everything takes time but by doing this video on a regular basis I know muscles will be defined and I will not gain the weight back.
I read articles and they help keep me motivated. Never give up and keep posting and surfing the site because there is always something new to learn.
