I am finally seeing some results. I have stuck with my diet now for over 2 months. I dropped the first 6-7 pounds very easily. Then, I went a month without even losing one measley pound. Now, I have finally dropped almost another 5 pounds since then.
I have also learned how to eat without tracking everything all the time. But, I needed to learn discipline, and know what my guidelines were before I could start watching anything. I spent almost a week without tracking any food or exercise, and I managed to lose a pound during that time.
