Okay, so I didn't do too bad while I was on the road. Did my exercise everyday, logged my food... but I can TOTALLY see some bad habits coming back. To the point where yesterday I did the whole "cheat" day. I DON'T DO CHEAT DAYS!
So today, it's BACK TO THE BASICS. I HAVE to be on Sparkpeople daily. I HAVE to log ALL the food I eat. I HAVE to continue to pack my food for work and cook dinner at home. I HAVE to do my TEN AT TEN, walk my dog AND do my fitness minutes everyday. I HAVE to drink my water everyday. I have come TOO FAR to let it slip away by slipping at all into bad habits. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. Today I pushed myself to do 60 minutes of continuous lap swimming at the pool. Woot!
