My holidays were wonderful...
I spent 5 days on the Croatian coasts in a small apartment with its own private beach with my family and a friend of my kids, and my best friend stayed in the neighborhood with her family too.
We had a wonderful weather, though there was a very strong wind (Bora) in the first two days.

I followed my exercise plan: did not run, instead walked 1-2 hours and swam 1 hour every day.
I had no food plan: ate lots of vegetables and fruits, but drank diet soda and dined out every evening (fish or other seafood, mostly with fries - and beer).
This is my typical vacation lifestyle and the result is typical too: I got myself 2 kg heavier in 5 days.
But I returned to my nutrition plan yesterday, and lost 0.7 kg of the water weight already.
I hope I'll get rid of another 0.5 by tomorrow morning or else I'm out of the Columbus Day Maintainer Challenge right at the start!
I didn't sleep as much as I wanted to: I had about 7 - 7.5 hours of sleep every night and never took a nap. I always take 1-2 hour afternoon naps when I'm on holidays, but not now. Instead I read Book 2 and 3 of Game of Thrones, it is so fascinating I could hardly put my e-book down.
