First week is over

I have done a whole week of keeping my food journal, tracking my exercise and drinking my water. I haven't lost any weight which is a little discouraging but I can now tweak my food journal and change things around. I did have one bad day where I didn't eat until almost lunch. I also have been having low sugars so I have something sweet to bring them back up which doesn't help in weight loss. This week I am lowering my morning insulin and will exercise earlier in the day. My hopes are that the more I get in shape the less insulin I will have to take. So starting week two I am going to add 5 mins to exercise and be more food conscious.

    The weight loss will come. I try to track my food the day before so I can make changes if I need to. Those extra 5 minutes will add up. Keep up the good work.
