All week long I have been battling PMS cravings and hormones :( The scale showed it and the numbers didn't go down - very frustrating as my eating was pretty much on plan with the odd chocolate here and there. I know some of it was water retention as my feet were a little swollen each night.
So yesterday I had enough and I declared a low carb day! Something had to give and going low carb normally gets things moving again...
It worked and I was down over a pound this morning 149.9 - that's over 3 of my holiday pounds gone!! Woo Hoo, less than 2 to go to get to my pre-trip weight and then I can work on the rest. Time to get that ticker moving again :)
