Non Scale Victory

Every so often I soak my hair in a diluted Apple Cider Vinegar mixture. It helps to clean all the styling product build up out of my hair. It wards off dandruff. It is kind of stinky, but the smell doesn't linger after I shampoo. So anyway I ran the water in the tub, poured in the vinegar, and sat on the side of the tub with one leg in the water (to test temp). I could see the muscle of my inner thigh. Not like all defined, as there is a nice thick layer of fat on top of it, but I felt the contour, and it was nicely shaped thigh muscle... This is what I envision it looks like under the "insulation"
Yeah! So if I can continue to clear away the fat hiding those shapely thighs I might have that underneath! SO WORTH THE WORK!
Flash Mob practice was TONS of fun. I danced my heart out, and was so exhausted afterwards. I am trying to talk all of my friends and some of my family to join me at the next practice (next Saturday). I wish I were brave enough to dance with the adults in the company, but they dance at the recital, and I don't want to do that.... The song for the flash mob is Glee's version of Starships. And my group is the first wave to join the flash mob in the actual dance. AWESOME!
Here is my plan this week:
Monday: 5K training (6a)
Tuesday: a walk or Zumba
Wednesday: 5K training
Thursday: str training
Friday: 5K training
Saturday: Flash mob practice, 30 minute walk
