I have been so busy here lately. School begins this week for us teachers. I have already been up to the school working in my office and the main office to try and help everyone get ready. So needless to say I have been away for awhile. I have still been logging in and tracking my food and workouts but have not had time to catch up. I do apologize to my friends-hope everyone is doing okay!!!

I am having some weird measurements here lately. I seem to be going up in weight but my other measurements have gone down. There for a while I was doing ST two days a week and I knew my weight would go up then and measurements would come down but I kinda slacked off when things got busy at work. I am sporadic with my ST now. So I don't understand why my measurements are they way they are. Don't get me wrong, I love having the losses just wish it was in my weight more.

I am still having some small victories in many areas of my life. Really gaining some strength in my lower legs- can do some running and jumping without my shins killing me. I am seeing that I am not as hungry as I used to be. However, I have to be honest, I did a very bad thing last night - I went to the grocery store hungry and came home and snacked just about all night. Glad to say that it did not affect my weigh-in too much this morning but I should have known better. Well, just gonna have to get back on the right path today. emoticon

    Where are you that school starts so early? I still have 22 more days.......but man did this summer fly by!

    emoticon emoticon Keep going strong and you'll be getting stronger and losing more weight! Good for you for all you're doing with trying to make that scale move down. Sometimes it's goes alot slower and other times it can just fall off. I'm usually in the zone of going slower! Good luck and keep pushing!
