Day 1 and 2/21

So far 2 days into better food chooses and reduced simple sugar intake I am down 1.2lbs. Not bad considering I had a bridal shower yesterday. They served soup, fish, chicken and meat along with salad, potatoes and rice. Dessert, followed by cake and coffee and more desserts. OMG
So I had 1/2 serving of soup which was Portuguese still potoatoe and Swiss chard based and just had just the fish and 2 servings of salad. I had black coffee along with a small piece of cake. A handful of jelly beans and I was done.

My exercise regime was legs Friday and Back and biceps Saturday. This morning I had a lovely Tabata spin class that has left my hamstring throbbing. Today will be more clean eating and soaking up the sun at the beach. I am looking for another 1lb lost in the next 6-7 days. I'm feeling good about my food choices and getting through my workouts even on the days when I have been less than enthusiastic to get them done.
