CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU!!! Size is relative to store, maker, etc etc!! I make my videos every where because I don't want an audience until I post. Thank you so much for stopping by my vlog yesterday and I do appreciate it. Blessings to you!

42 lbs!! That is awesome!! KEEP GOING! I wear anywhere from a 4 to a 10 depending on the maker, so don't worry about it!

42 lbs! WOOT! One year anniversary here you come! Breathing is overrrated! LOL~ As I sit here watching your blog I just thought 'I wonder if her new roommate is texting someone "My roommate is in the bathroom talking to herself"' LOL. I'm proud of you for having no soda, chocolate, or icecream!!

OMG girl - 42 lbs is emoticon !!!!

And let me tell you the not counting calories concept is totally resonating with me. I was just relaying to our team that I lost the most amount of weight several years ago when I stopped counting calories and just focused on making smart choices (with the occasional treat) and getting some exercise every day.

Right now I'm in the midst of an experiment to see if I can still lose weight that way. So far I'm doing pretty well. But I don't weigh in until the end of August. I obsess about the number on the scale too much too - so I asked mom to hide it and not let me weigh in until the last week in August. That part of the experiment is sooo hard so far b/c the first thing I want to do in the morning is weigh myself. I'm telling you - I'm actually feeling "scale withdrawal" - can you believe it?? LOL

Anyway - keep up the GREAT work honey. Looking forward to many more success stories from you!

Don't worry about the Walmart clothes. I have to try on everything because sizes and cuts vary so much. Focus on the 42 lbs. lost. That's awesome! I like the idea of having a sponsor. I bet that's very helpful. Dieting got me to my weight goal and I even maintained for over a year. Now I'm starting over, 10 lbs. heavier than I was when I started last time. She gave you good advice. We have to allow ourselves treats once in a while or we'll binge at some point. You can't go without cookies for the rest of your life.

Walmart clothes run small. So don't use their clothing size.. it's not true! I generally wear a 16, and their I have to get 18s... so I don't buy clothes there, because they don't make me feel good about myself.
