We have been weeding the garden this week. And was it overgrown! It's nice and cool at night but it's still hard work!
Every possible muscle is aching - I plaintively asked the family if this counted as exercise, and they assured me that it did! So, that's what I'm recording tonight - 60 minutes of exercise. If sweat is dripping from you, that hopefully means some calories have been shed!
Saw my doctor this week for an annual physical. All my numbers were good and I told her I had lost 10 pounds and was aiming for 10-20 more. She asked me how I was doing it and I replied "SparkPeople" website!
I have really enjoyed reading everyone's blogs and find them very motivating. So thank you everyone who blogs and posts - and cheers to my first blog!
