3 Things I Learned This Week

1 - Too much sugar gives me a migraine. WHY did it take going on spark people and tracking my food to realize this? I've had migraines for about 5 years now, in general about 1 a week or so, and not one Dr, nurse, or nutritionist has been able to say why.... /facepalm
2 - Too much fatty food makes me feel ill. Really, this doesn't need an explanation does it?
3 - No matter how far I think I walked, I didn't. Every time.. I think I've gone a quarter mile, its .10, I think it's a half mile, its more like .35. But I keep going, and that's what matters!
