Raspberry Ketones?

Saturday, July 28, 2012

I was just on my favorite supplement site, ordering my replacement supply, when I happened upon something called raspberry ketones. And many positive reviews from people who've used it as an appetite suppressant. Not a fan of Dr. Oz (I don't watch TV), but they reference his advice in the reviews. Frankly, I'm going to research further because this may be a good thing to aid me in my ongoing quest to eliminate night eating.

Anyone out there use these? Have a fun weekend, friends.

No, I don't think those claims work. If you read the fine print it always requires proper eating and exercising to get the job done.

I have been using them for about 2 months and they definitely curb my appetite and also seem to take away some of my cravings for sweets. I do watch Dr. Oz but don't always take his advice!!! Sometimes it is overwhelming. Anyway, I do recommend the Raspberry Ketones but then some things don't work for everyone.

I have heard of them but have not tried them. There was a discussion about them on another team and most folks weren't having any luck.

I did see the Dr. Oz program, back in April I think, so I immediately ordered a bottle, and used it for a few weeks, did not seem to do anything for me, of course, I may not have given it a chance, but I am almost always ready to give something a chance to boost my will power, which is almost non-existent.
Let us know if you find good reports on it.
