Sunday morning ... weight down a little!

Well if it wasn't enough getting up so early yesterday morning - I woke up early hours of the morning and couldn't sleep!

Got on the scales and they tell me I am down from last Thursday - so hopefully I will continue this way.

I am all packed ready for my trip to Sydney after church this morning. Church books done yesterday, pew sheet, music.


I paid a couple of bills this morning online - packed, showered and will be getting dressed ready for church soon, then breakfast.

I probably won't call in home after church - just hit the road! It takes me about 5 hours to get to Sydney with a stop.

Taking my laptop and iPad with me - so should be able to get online.

    Hi Johanne - the problem is I start to track either with WW or the tracker or in my head and then I do nothing the rest of the day. I seem to have an absolute mental blockage as far as tracking is concerned! I hate admitting it - but there - I have! emoticon emoticon

    Good for you, Sandy, that your weight is going in the right direction!

    You mentioned in past blog postings that you find it difficult to track regularly. I was wondering reading this posting how you track -- do you use a phone app? or use your iPad? Personally, I am very low-tech and much prefer to track on paper. But I imagine that you would find tracking using a phone app easier, especially when away from home.

    By the time I write this, you probably have reached Sydney already. Have a great time with your grandkids!
