Everything's on track still and I am doing well sticking to my diet and everything. This week my main goal will be to drink 200+ ounces of water per day. (I have a 50-ounce bottle so I just have to fill it 4 times.) I'm about 5lbs away from 200, so I'll be drinking that much looking down the barrel at 200lbs even! Not that I'll get there this week, just that I am focused on my goal and I know water will help me get there.
For the last couple weeks I have managed to get over 100-128 ounces per day--about an entire gallon, but I know from experience that more water, earlier in the day, has always helped me lose weight.
Ok, off to fill my bottle!
