well i'm on the south beach diet now. i gained 5 lbs. before going on the diet. but atleast i'm back to 160 lbs. i'm not as hungry anymore because of the diet. i just eat lean meat and veggies and i feel satisfied for the most part. i hope and pray that i can lose more weight and that this diet works. i would like to get down to 150 or 140. maybe i can with this diet. it has worked for other people because i got the book from the library. i'm also trying to count calories. that is all for now.
