Well, I am on my way! Restarting my journey to a healthy lifestyle is going quite well. As discussed in my previous blog, I have discovered quite a bit about myself. I made a goal to lose 12 pounds in 3 months, which I felt was quite reasonable and I have been doing this for 3 and 1/2 weeks and have discovered today that I have lost 8 pounds already. I know that weight is not all there is in this journey to a healthy lifestyle, but it does offer a bit more motivation for a person. Once I meet this small 12 pound goal, I will change it to another 12 in 3 months. Small goals is another thing I feel is working for me as well.
So, remember set your goals small and relish in your accomplishments. I know now I am not setting myself up to fail!
So, this weekend I will be working on routine with nutrition and 10 minutes of exercise at the minimum for both days.
I am super excited about where this journey is taking me.
