Walking in the Park

Well since my doctor told me to stop taking Zumba, I've started walking in the park. I listen to music while walking which adds a very relaxing touch. In the park where I walk the equipment is exercise equipment instead of your regular park stuff. So I work-out on the equipment doing 4 reps of 20 on each piece. I think this is much better for me than Zumba because I don't ache all the time. I go to the park 3-4 times a week. This is my inner Mantra!

    Well, congrats on not getting bummed out because you had to stop Zumba. Some people would use that as an excuse not to exercise for as long as they could. Haha. Wow, you leave somewhere with the neatest park I've ever heard of. Must be a big city.
