Well since my doctor told me to stop taking Zumba, I've started walking in the park. I listen to music while walking which adds a very relaxing touch. In the park where I walk the equipment is exercise equipment instead of your regular park stuff. So I work-out on the equipment doing 4 reps of 20 on each piece. I think this is much better for me than Zumba because I don't ache all the time. I go to the park 3-4 times a week. This is my inner Mantra!
