I have been counting calories and drinking water for a month now. I have lost nothing. I have even worked out. There was a week I could not because of health reasons. I am on week 2 of power 90. Does any one have any ideas on how to jump start my weight loss. I don't want some fad dite or quick fix. I want to take the weight off for good. Help please emoticon

    Have you tried taking your measurements? They are a far more accurate picture of what's happening than the scales which weigh everything, not just fat. It's like trying to reverse a juggernaut, it takes a while of slowing it down before you can turn it around. Don't despair and don't give up. If you stick to your calorie allowance and exercise the pounds will come off but it takes patience. Hard I know. And don't forget to give yourself a treat now and again!
