is the best seasoning blend ever. It is DELICIOUS. It doesn't taste particularly Asian to me, but maybe that's just because my familiarity with Thai food is pretty much limited to pad thai.
I sprinkle it on veggies ALL THE TIME. And today, I mixed it with a little canola oil mayo and plain nonfat yogurt to make A) the most delicious salad dressing (thinned with water a bit), and B) the most delicious dip for carrot and celery sticks!!
OMG I AM IN LOVE.
So yeah, nothing much exciting to blog about. I'm just still riding the high of eating a delicious lunch. :)
