As our bodies get older we really have to take a step back and re-evaluate what we're eating and the types of exercise (or lack there of) that we do. I know, I know but you are unfortunately, not 25 any more Boo and you can't just eat whatever you want. Sorry! But the bright side is that as we age we become wiser and look more fabulous!
